Although there are tons of studios out there that claim to offer the ultimate post-baby body fitness program, how effective are they, really? I can wholeheartedly vouch for one workout that truly changed my life: Pure Barre. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I recently took on a PB challenge, vowing to attend Pure Barre Hollywood (my local studio) three times a week for three months straight. About one month after Diego was born (September 2014), I hit the barre for the first time in a long time, knowing that PB is the safest workout to do post-baby because of its super low-impact exercises. Keeping up with those tiny isometric moves were challenging AF at first, but I really felt euphoric afterwards and ready for the world. It helps that the PB team is incredibly nurturing.
