Inside Our NY Mamas Making It Party

In addition to our Kids Fashion Fair, another Fashion Mamas-founded and produced event is the #MamasMakingIt panel — an intimate discussion that offers women insight on how a handful of influencers balance successful careers with motherhood. Moderated by Fashion Mamas founder Natalie Alcala, past LA panelists have included Joy Cho (founder, Oh Joy!), Mandana Dayani (chief brand officer, EBTH), Samantha Wennerstrom (blogger, Could I Have That?), Sarah Gibson Tuttle (founder and CEO, Olive & June), Catt Sadler (host, E! News), Chriselle Lim (blogger, The Chriselle Factor), Jacqui Saldana (founder, Baby Boy Bakery), and Kelly Zajfen (co-founder and creative director, Little Minis; co-founder, Alliance of Moms).

Given that all of these women are seriously GOALS, we knew we had to step it up for our first-ever #MamasMakingIt panel in NYC.

On Tuesday, June 14, we took over gorgeous Soho House NY in Meatpacking District to host an inspiring morning filled with stylish boss babes, stellar advice, and tons of networking. Our incredible panelist roster starred Rebecca Minkoff (co-founder and creative director, Rebecca Minkoff), Sai De Silva (founder and creative director, Scout the City), Ariane Goldman (founder and CEO, Hatch), and Nadine Abramcyk (co-founder, tenoverten).

Later that evening, we teamed up with Ariane to host a dreamy after party at Hatch studio, where mamas enjoyed gourmet bites and drinks from Whealth & Co., custom illos by Matthew Langille, and gifting from our friends at Parasol. See above for a glimpse at our New York adventure!
