Inside Our 2nd Annual Cool Fam Fest in LA!

On Saturday, August 12, Fashion Mamas hosted its 2nd annual Cool Fam Fest at Second Home — a stunning nature oasis in the heart of Hollywood that’s filled with over 6,500 plants. Attended by 100+ of LA’s coolest families, the event featured back-to-school shopping with Milk Teeth and Lifetime of Leisure, mama wear and gear by Bumpsuit, refreshing beverages by Clover Sonoma, Poppi, Boxed Water, and St. Hildie's, delicious bites by Sunnie, Sandra's Tacos and Dat Cookie Doe, an epic gift bag filled with goodies from Bugaboo, Safely, and Majo, and the cutest floats by Funboy.
There’s so much more: the event also featured back-to-back DJ sets by Bella Ferrada, Lindsay Luv, Victoria Rawlins and Lani Love, plus an epic kids zone that featured a baby and toddler playspace by The Treehouse Toys, art and nature workshops by Kids Worldwide, and a bounce castle by Bounce Haus LA with the softest play mats by Toki Mats — all with free childcare by The Nanny League.
We ended the day with our “Family Forever” panel presented by Clover Sonoma and moderated by FM founder Natalie Alcala and featuring the words of wisdom by Refinery29 editor and Gloss Angeles podcast host Sara Tan, Moms on Film photographer Valerie Metz, and Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Melanie Fiona.
