Inside Our Wine & Weaving Night with Knit Wit Magazine
Last month, we hosted an intimate #FashionMamasNightOut for our East LA members. We teamed up with Knit Wit Magazine — a print publication and online community dedicated to celebrating the world of fiber art and crafts — to welcome renowned fiber artist Meghan Shimek to our DTLA celebration, where she shared her inspiring story with our members and helped them create their own beautiful art. We quickly learned that weaving is the ultimate stress-reliever for mamas, as everyone looked so relaxed with their looms.
Drinks were provided by our friends at Electric Sky Wine (we seriously can't get enough of their premium quality wine in convenient, stylish, and hassle-free packaging), and bites were hosted by local gem Mama's International Tamales. The dreamy space we were belongs to Base Coat Nail Salon, which is right next door.
