Our Latest Collaboration Is the Perfect Gift For Mindful Mamas
As we've said before, Fashion Mamas are also mindful mamas, and we're always looking for new ways to balance our mind, body, and soul. From mama meditations at Unplug, Wanderlust, and MNDFL to chats with health gurus like celebrity doula Lori Bregman and Moon Juice founder Amanda Chantal Bacon, wellness is a key element to the FM lifestyle, which is why our next collaboration is near and dear to us.
Given that cleansing is a great way to bring positive energy into a new space, we've teamed up with the queen of cleansing ritual kits, LA's very own Jesse Southern of J. Southern Studio, to create a nursery cleansing kit for new mamas (or mamas moving into a new home). The exclusive JSS x FM Nursery Cleansing Kit retails for $38 and features an Amethyst heart, large quartz point, lavender body & linen ritual spray, palo santo, California white sage, instructions, and a feather. It's the perfect holiday gift for the mindful mama in your life, which is why we're thrilled to announce that a very limited run will be available at our Fashion Mamas x Kids Fashion Fair pop-up shop!
Here, Jesse tells us more about her empowering business.
What inspired you to launch your brand and what were you doing before?
I started designing jewelry as a side project and after a while it spring-boarded me into the metaphysical world. From here I began exploration of new age and pagan philosophies through various mediums, and in the end saw a need for a more well-rounded and accessible way to learn these techniques. I designed the first version of my best-selling Cleansing Ritual Kit, and the rest is history.
Capture the essence of your brand in one sentence:
A fresh approach to the traditional.
What is your favorite piece in your collection right now?
I would have to say it is a toss up between my Stacked Triangle Ring and the Focus and Awareness Kit. My collection of Ritual Candles are launching soon, and when they do that one would be my favorite!
Who is your dream client?
Rihanna, Kat Von D, or someone like Vanessa Hudgens would probably vibe with my brand.
If your brand was a song, what song would it be?
